Extreme Slow speed of internet- speed stick

A few weeks ago, I signed up for a speed stick- data bundle to be able to access the internet from my PC.

On enquiry I asked to the connct and speed was quick and I was told that it was.

Since we have received the speed stick, it has taken me over an hour and a half this morning to access facebook and try to manage a group page, thus still been unsuccessful.

When I phoned in this morning told that neither the person or the supervisor was available as they were coming on duty @ 11 am this morning. So there is no other supervivor available to speak to!

Do you to customers to get bussiness sales as the work ethics is most unprofessional!

You have me bondedfor two years with cells, but thereafter oi will move on.

Check my profile and see how many contracts I have and how long I have been a "loyal" customer!
But as the saying goes... you want loyality buy a dog!

I am most dissatisfied that one can about the speed of internet access.
