I activated BIS on Monday and was able to access the internet. Suddenly today I could not access the internet and with great confusion I called the customer care and spoke to Nthabiseng Swakala from cell c at exactly 14:20pm (5 june 2013) and she refused to assist me after I couldn't confirm the I.D number of the person that RICA'd the sim card. My initial problem was completely ignored. The only thing I wanted was assistance because I could not access the internet whilst my BIS was active. She kept on telling me that I have to pass security questions. I kept on telling her that what I want from her was not sim related I just wanted steps on how to re-activate my service. I then asked to speak to her superior that's when she put me on hold for 10 minutes and then she told me that her manager is busy and that I should call back after 5 minutes. I've been with cell c for less then 2 weeks and as a new customer at cell c I'm really disappointed with the service delivered by your customer care. I'm even considering going back to my previous network provider. All I wanted was just steps on how to troubleshoot my blackberry that's it.
