Good Day,

I first of all have to contracts on my name and until now had hardly any big problems.

So issue at hand I purchased after long hard battling a Promo 1Gig for R150 which went of my account at 01:20 and got confirmation that the bundle was loaded.

I then put the Sim from my phone as norm into the 3G Stick/Bungle or whatever.

I later realized that it was not using the 1 Gig bundle which I had purchased but instead Ran up my Bill by R1329.63.

When calling the call center I received a lot of stories. I mean I still have the GIG available on my number today and don't need it anymore because I've done what I need to.

When calling the call center on the 19/08/13 at about 00:34 Meagan said yes "well yes it takes 4-5hrs" why the then receive a sms that the bundle is loaded is beyond me.

I now officially feel that Vodacom is people and that their staff is also not sufficiently trained to deal with complaints. They also promises to get back to you which dose also not happen.

I am extremely disappointed in Vodacom and will to Cancel my contract as soon as I Can.

I will also write to the press about this because its totally unacceptable.
