Unauthorised Debit Order Deductions

Without authorisation Platinum Credit Card Corporation business registration number 200602426307, also known as Stratcol (on the debit order) systematically deducted money totalling R5000-00 over a period of 5 months from the savings account of a gentleman working as a gardener in KZN.

This company is unable to provide proof that their services were requested or signed for and despite on going communication with the customer care manager, Elma Malan via e mail and calls to the customer contact centre (who now cannot be reached) this money has still not been reimbursed.

This company's business practises need to be exposed!!!
