"Service restored" "Fault resolved" Not fixed!!!

Hi there

I am extremely unhappy! I keep getting messages from telkom saying my line is fixed "Service restored" "Fault resolved", yet I still have the exact same problem! I have extremely high latency on my adsl line (600ms), making my line un-useable... I have logged the call countless times via 10210 and this keeps happening!! (My line number : 0118493218)

Please help!!!
