Telkom being mendacious again

Approximately 2 weeks ago our ADSL line started losing its sync. We logged a fault and yesterday we get an sms stating that the problem has been resolved. Needless to say it hasnt.
I am complaining because this isnt the first time Ive been to be Telkom. Last year we logged the same fault approximately 4 times because it kept getting resolved. Telkom kept saying that the Techinicans had been to my house (they hadnt) and fixed the issue.
Telkom stop lying to me and fix my line, we pay a stupid amount everymonth for the most shocking service.
My ref number was 29CNK130213 (Technician and said it was resolved)
My ref number is now 189CNK230213 (will I be to again?? probably)
