I NAGGed now for 3 years to get my ADSL line fixed

We have been complaining and begging and reporting for years now. We litterally have countless ref.no's if you want proof. We have been struggling for over 5 years now to get our ADSL line fixed.. We have[According to the technicians at our ISP's] a faulty input in the exchange which causes our line to flop (It is never completely connected for longer than 10seconds) thus adding to EXTREMELY SLOW internet plus a MAJOR HUGE HUMANGOUS RIDICULASLY HIGH PING. And countless times we have called and reported to Telkom that our ISP says we should request a complete Port rebuilt (Which we have been requesting for years now) We honestly do not know where to go anymore. The when a Telkom Technician comes to our house, first thing they say its our ISP's fault, and our ISP says it's Telkoms Fault... And we know its Telkom, because the guys at Imaginet told us the precise problem. and ONLY TELKOM can fix it! It's really been more than 5 years now! I mean my Dail Up back in the days was better than this ADSL line. If I could have switched Telecommunications companies, I would have done so YEARS ago, But unfortionatly Telkom is the only one... So I'm asking nicely, PLEASE!!!???
