ADSL LINE STILL NOT FIXED

I have been without a ADSL line since middle of January 2013 and Telkom just can't seem to get it fixed or care to do anything about the problem.
First I logged the initial fault with 10210 helpdesk (97ctk170113) and then a 2 weeks after the initial fault without any feedback I escalated the problem (490775).
At some point one of the helpdesk consultants told me its a major cable break and they are busy repairing the main cable to the DSLAM.
Then 5 Feb I called and they told me the fault has been resolved and 97ctk170113 was closed. But my ADSL line was still not working (disconnected). After a lng process over the phone to check my modem and setting ect... I logged another fault (1305ctk040313) and the helpdesk told me it must be a problem with my individual ADSL line (might not be connected at the DSLAM).
After another week or 2 I called again and now they told me the main line is and they will only be able to replace the line beginning of April.
This is unexceptionable and seems like every time I phone the helpdesk they have a different answer to my problem and when it's going to be fixed. When can I get my line fixed? will it be this year?
