REGRET TAKING CONTRACT & PORTING MY NUMBER

HAVING TAKEN OUT A CONTRACT FOR R399 PER MONTH FOR MY SMALL BUSINESS I PORTED MY MTN NUMBER WHICH HAS BEEN ON PREPAID FOR THE LAST 16 YEARS TO CELL C. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE..WITHIN THE 2ND WEEK I NOTICED THAT DATA USAGE ON THE PHONE WAS RIDICULOUS, IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE FOR 1GB TO BE USED. I CONTACTED CELL C GALLERIA, THEN WENT IN TO THE STORE AS THEY WERE ACCUSING ME OF USING THE PHONE INCORRECTLY, AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS WHICH I HAVE LOGGED & ALSO BECAME AWARE VIA THE CONSULTANTS RESPONSE THAT THERE IS SOME SORT OF DECEPTION WITH THEIR BILLING. TO BROWSE SAMSUNG APPS/PLAY STORE FOR APPROX. 10-15 MINUTES, IT WOULD DEDUCT 20MB... JUST TO LOOK NO DOWNLOAD, I HAVE DONE THE SAME ON A FREINDS S4 & DATA USAGE IS MINIMAL. I DISPUTED THE DATA USAGE AND ASKED FOR ITEMISED BILLING WHICH THEY PROVIDED WILLINGLY & NOTICED THAT MOST OF THE DATA USAGE WAS BEING DONE AFTER MIDNIGHT, IT WASN'T ME USING IT AS I AM ASLEEP THEN WHO IS USING THE DATA? NEVERTHELESS AT MY EXPENSE THE PHONE WAS RETURNED TO THE STORE, TAKE NOTE THAT FROM 21 JULY TO DATE I HAVE NOT HAD USE OF MY PHONE THUS CAUSING ME FINANCIAL LOSS IN MY BUSINESS. I INTEND TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AS I CANNOT TRUST THEIR REPORT TO BE TRUE & ACCURATE
