VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

So MTN has advertised, for 3 times in a row now, in their Yello Trader, a special deal, which consists of 2 devices. The one they do not have in stock... for 3 consecutive flyer deals now. The other 1 they cannot give due to policies. But they keep on advertising it. They said they will order, it will take 2 weeks, it has come and gone and still no stock. Its 2months now already, and they would not even try to source the device from another store. MTN on Facebook is such a joke, the guy in control should be fired. Please advise when this "oh-so-brilliant" SP will asist their customers in giving them what they want ASAP!
