My wife Helen Richards has a usb data prepaid 2GB per month which was started on 17 May. In just over 2 weeks since that date cell c now say all of that data has been used up. This seems very unusual as we are normally well below this level of data usage over an entire month. At cell c sandton store we have had customer service staff help us by calling at least 4 different contacts within cell c but no-one can clearly explain to us how this data has been used, and ensure that there has not been a systems error. The lack of transparency in this billing is of great concern. Each time the staff here have helped us they have at some point been cut off in the call, so we still have no answer from cell c or way of verifying what is actually happening with our data.
