Was disgusted by the initial service I got from a Supervisor (Thandeka Hlogwane) at MTN who questioned and mocked my intelligence by giving me appalling service and not seeing anything wrong about it.

My gratitude goes to the supervisor who really knows what she's doing (Faith Malatjie) who acted on my query accordingly and had the problem solved. She made an effort to escalate my concerns to her superior George who took my concerns to heart and took my bad experience with MTN to a pleasant one. A senior manager to Thandiwe Hlongwane Sean Peters was able to extract the call and act accordingly. Mr Peters was able to apologize on behalf of MTN and assure me of a written apology from Thandiwe as I requested.

I applaud the service experience I received from the 3 seniors and hope their colleague Thandiwe Hlongwane grows from this and learns a thing or 2 from her colleagues.
