I took out a 1gb data line with a samung galaxy p5100 on the 18th july 2013with mtn direct, the device just stopped working on the 25sept 2013.i then took it to the nearest service centre on the same day after a week i contacted HVRrepair they gave me a col 0017126092 .i then contacted mtn direct call centre spoke to a lady thandiwe ndabeni which told me that there is no stock of the device and she will let me know as soon as there is stock its been a month now she does not return my calls or my sms's that i send neither my emails i have to contact the mtn direct call centre almost everyday explain the whole problem over and over and still no one can assist me they send me from pillar to post.yesterday i got hold of a supervisor fatima promising me that thandiwe will get back to me before the end of the day up to now no call or email from her i even told her it does not matter the brand or color of the device just send me something that i can use. This morning i tried again to speak to someone that can solve this issue they all tell me the same story "we will send her an email and her supervisor they will get back to you as asap" im tired of this bad service please cancel myline
