Great Support and Overall Service

I did an unscheduled stop at KIA Silverton where i discussed concerns regarding my vehicle with Marius the service manager. The level of professional service received goes beyond anything i have experienced before.

Although i did not have an appointment, i was attended to immediately and my concerns/queries were addressed without any hesitation. All arrangements were made on my behalf and within an hour all work was completed and i was sent on my way.

Whilst waiting for the work to be done i was kept up to date on the progress and i was even offered refreshments while i waited.

Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I shall definitely be back in future.
