BAD SERVICE

I phoned debonairs The Zone@Rosebank to place an order for 3 real deal pizzas. I spoke to Thandiwe and I asked her twice which flavours apply for the R19.90. She responded that all the flavours apply. When the food arrived it was invoiced as R68.90 instead of R59.70. I phoned and explained to Thandiwe what happened she appologized and said that only two flavours apply, why wasn't I told this the first two times I asked? She then said they will remake our pizza's. An hour later I phoned again and Thandiwe gave the phone to the manager who said they wont make our pizza's. Why did no one phone us to say they wont be making our pizza's? The manager was extremely rude. I am so disappointed in their service and wont ever order food from them again.
