Wrongful billing and bad attitude

I changed contract from a BlackBerry contract to a Smart M subscription package. I also opted to take an LG phone. Two months later I realise that on my itemsized billing (which I receive only in the middle of the month) that I am still being billed for BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) which was part of my BlackBerry contract. I phoned the call centre to bring this under their attention, and got to speak with Thandiwe U. She explained to me that the BIS was an additional package that I had requested (a value add) which is not true, as this BIS amount was part of the BlackBerry contract. She also said that it is the customers responsibility to cancel the BIS when you upgrade. This is ridiculous.

I can not be expected to cancel a service which is part of BlackBerry package. I would not use BIS when I upgrade to a different phone! This should be an automatic change to my billing.

My question is, how many people have been this way, paying this BIS amount when they are no longer on Blackberry contracts??? Also, Thandiwe was extremely rude to me and she should not be working with customers. She gave me a VERY BAD impression of Vodacom and the way they treat their clients
