1st Reported noisy phone on 15 Jan 2013, nothing was done. Got confirmation from Telkom that it was fixed.
Replied back, still nothing. Reported again with different ref nr. Technician came, said problem was at pole outside and need to be replaced. Never done, got confirmation again that it was fixed. Phoned and complaint. Technicians never pitch after making appointment. Pitch when we were not at home without pre-confirmation.
Maid let them in and all they did is wrap a PLASTIC BAG around the problem at the pole. Phone still noisy and my ADSL line, which I need for work and are being paid for by my employer, are still not working properly!!
Telkom is definately going down the drain where their services are concerned. Technicians shouldn't pitch up at a home BEFORE phoning the tenants to confirm their arrival and stick to the appointment. I hope this can be sorted out once and for all!!
