On 22/10 I reported my telephone/ADSL line down(! (CRK221013). A technician came on 24/10 did nothing because he cannot get to pole which is situated in a neighbours yard, so he left. On 26/10 another technician came and he manage to get the landline sorted without going to the pole in question, ADSL line was still down so I said that I will contact my ISP to check. The next day my landline was still not OK, crackling and tapping sounds and I replied 'NO' to the SMS confirmation. My ISP says that they cannot pick up any signals on the ADSL line. I have escalated my frustrations 3 times on the website with no response. In the end I logged another fault (831CRK311013) on 31/10 and I still have not hear anything. I went to buy anothe router just to make sure as well that my router is not at fault with my ADSL. My phone is still half working. If it's not sorted soon I will go to my lawyer and have them demand some action, not a threat but the level that I will go to as fault logging and escalations does not work in this place.
