I reported a fault online this morning and received 2 sms's during the course of the day, one giving me a reference number and an update at 3.47pm. I got home at 4.38 to find a note had been slipped under my door from "Mike" telling me that the fault had been isolated and handed over to the relevant repair crew as it was an underground cable that was faulty. Extremely impressed by speed and efficiency of the response. This type of service is on par with global best practice standards. Kudos to Telkom!
