Bought R1800 8ta vouchers on 03/05/2012 which was activated on 8ta's 60Gb 60Gb package (to be used within 1yr).

Shortly there after called them as was having connection issues. Would be fine, but peek hrs would drop to edge and then no connection.

Logged call and 8ta technician came out and confirmed signal in area was bad. After a few more calls to 8ta got confirmation that the nearest tower to me was over 14Km away in another suburb and when they got busy my signal would drop. Got further confirmation that suburb would probably get new tower in a yr to 2 yrs.

Followed up a few times since then and was told would get refund. To date still nothing.

Spoke to Donavan at 8ta on 27/05/2013 and was asked to go to PnP with ref # 1093401 to get a refund. They would need to contact Soc Dept on 187. Tried, but no PnP do not refund airtime vouchers.
Phone and spoke to Grace on 24/06/2013 and got ref #6255738.
Since then have spoken to about 4 different people as can only call service desk and not same person answering.

Now the 1yr is up and getting told by another department voucher was consumed ref 3977489.

Need some to take accountability and stick to refund commitment made.
