3 months ago I purchased the 60 60GB internet bundle from 8ta. To my dismay no signal was detected. After notifying them, they conducted a signal analysis on site and confirmed that there was no coverage in an area that is supposed to have coverage. I requested a refund. To date, I still have not received my refund even after speaking to a team leader and a finance person and the local store manager.
