To date I have not had ANY response to the request and all attempts to get feedback from this Retentions & Winback Agent fall on DEAF EARS!!! In addition, he sends me an email addressed to another client. PATHETIC SERVICE after 14 years with MTN. PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTACT WITH MTN WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. MY CONTRACT HAS EXPIRED - THANK GOODNESS I CAN NOW SWITCH ME SERVICES TO VODACOM OR CELL C!!!
