PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

After having two month's erroneous billing from MTN, I called MTN this morning to refund my monies and cancel my contract with immediate effect.

I initially spoke to Client Services, afterwhich I was transferred to Retentions. The transfer led to me being on hold for 25 MINUTES!! (As if I don't have anything better to do with my time) Eventually I came through to Eunice. When I requested to have my contract cancelled, she enquired why I wanted to cancel the contract, to which I responded by saying that there's a very slim chance of her retaining me as a client for MTN after I had to hold on for nearly a half hour. She then enquired if that was the only reason why, to which I responded by saying that I've experienced pathetic service in general and then all of a sudden... the call cuts. So what, Am I supposed to call again and hold on for another half hour??? - I AM NOT PHONING THE CONTACT CENTRE AGAIN. If your company has even an ounce of courtesy towards clients, then someone should be able to make the effort to return my call and process the request.
