Please help, I am tired of this

My case number for my cancellation of contract is 3061102371. I have tried to contact Cell C Retentions FIVE times today, and each time after eventually getting through to Retentions, the agent hangs up and the survey questionnaire begins!!!

I logged my network issue and completed the networks form MONTHS ago. I have NO internet, or sometimes a poor, intermittent internet connection on my phone. I was advised by the Networks dept to reset my settings on my phone. After doing so and providing them with feedback that my internet connection and call quality has not changed, they forwarded my request to Retentions to have my contract cancelled.

As stated above, I have tried to contact Retentions but cannot get through to someone who is competent enough to assist, without ending the call abruptly. I cannot wait any much longer for the Networks dept to sort out their issues as I've already waited for months.

I was advised by Mandla that my cancellation will be confirmed by Fri 14 June (today), but have received no response. Please get someone from Retentions to confirm my cancellation of contract. This is totally unfair and a waste of my money.
