After 1 month wait, gave my phone away to anothe

I ordered a new phone which they did not have in stock begging December 2012. After freq check ups, they called me last week to let me know the phone has arrived. Within a hour, they phoned again, and said the phone has been given away to a new customer who walked in. They said they would order again, but I have not heard from them since. This is the same vodashop that over charged me on my first month of the now expired contract, and still have not paid me back the R30.
