Poor service and no help whatsoever

Firstly i had to wait two weeks for confirmation on stock on my so called contract phone (blackberry 9790). than after going into vodacom to get my all new and exciting blackberry BOLD, only to have the phone work for two weeks, then there after the phone heated up. The battery never charged and the phone just gave me so much problems, this is within only two weeks of having the phone. I have this contract for a month and with in this month only had the phone for two weeks. when i took the phone back the they calmly told me to take it to a vodacare shop when i told them that i only had the phone for two weeks. One of the sales persons told me upfront that she is worried that my claim would be declined because of a scratch marks on the screen, which turned out to be true as my claim was declined, i am a very unhappy customer because i have to make a plan to get it fixed even though i have a contract with vodacom and it is vodacom that gave me a faulty phone, at the end of the day i feel that i have been ROBBED!!!
