Cant get refund on airtime transfer to wrong numbe

I transferred airtime from my number to my internet sim card to buy data bundle. I by mistake typed in one wrong digit without noticing it. Instead of 071 02, I typed in 072 02. I contacted Vodacom and explained the situation. They said I must contact the wrong number entered, myself and ask them to kindly transfer the money back to my account. I did contact the other number, the man was only speaking Zulu, so I asked my assistant to talk to the man. The man said its no problem. After one hour I phoned the man again and his phone is now off.
