Vodacom
No Iphone 5

I ordered a white iphone 5 nearly a month ago, and still no phone, and no idea of when the phone will arrive. They cannot get an ETA from Apple. They gave me a number to call for Apple Core Group, who say they do not supply Vodacom with iphones. So now I am stuck - no phone, no idea when the phone will arrive and not much help from Vodacom. Their response was to tell us to speak to the Vodashop where we ordered the phone, as it is a franchise. So suddenly Vodacom doesn't have any control over the franchises, which is very strange as it all falls under the Vodacom mantle. All we want is a date for when we can expect to get the phone, as a month is rather long to wait for a new phone.By the time we get the phone, if will be outdated. The contract has been signed for new phone, so I will be billed for a phone I don't have.
