IPhone 5s waiting list

Hi,

I went in to the Vodashop in October to order the new iPhone 5s. I was put on the waiting list for the Gold 16gb. I was told that I could expect my phone 1st week in December. On the 27/11 I got an SMS to say that my order was ready. Went to store after cutting a business trip short when I was told that they wouldn't hold my order for more than 3 days. They had ordered me the grey phone instead. Was told that I could take the grey or wait a week until the gold arrived. I decided to wait as they said I would be at the top of the list for the gold version. Phoned the store on 6/1 asking if there was stock of the gold version. The response was, "Sorry, we had stock but it has been sold." Nobody can give me the date that I can expect my phone. Please sort this out Vodacom.
