3 Days without getting emails

On Monday morning (21/01/2013) i could not download emails on both my business pc's. When i phoned mtn they said that their technicians are working on it and that they wont be long. Today is Wednesday (23/01/2013) 13:10pm and I still cant download any of my emails. it comes through on mu phone but you cant run a business on a phone. Can someone competent just go and help mtn
