Web Africa not actioning my support ticket!!!

I am paying WebAfrica for an Uncapped 4MB Bundle and my ADSL line.

My ADSL is "spotty", it randomly goes off and I cannot connect to the internet at all - my router's "internet" light goes off, and sometimes my ADSL light also switches off on the router. Yesterday this happened for the entire day, and I submitted a support ticket. Someone responded to my support ticket and told me that they could see that I tried to connect to their servers. That does not actually address the problem - their "technician" did nothing else, so I had to re-open the ticket by asking what they were going to do about it. I got a response from another "technician" saying that their network "throttles" heavy users - that does not solve my problem of not being able to even CONNECT to the internet at all.

I have reopened the ticket, but I am not getting any response - it seems that WebAfrica does not care whether I can actually access the internet or not, but they are the first to collect their payment for "services rendered". I expect to pay Pro-rata for this month, since this is the second day in a row now that I am sitting without internet, and your technicians are not responding - call me to assist.
