Worst customer service & support EVER!!

I have purchased a Zyxel ADSL router from Webafrica on 2013-10-14. Since the receipt and installation of the router the unit could not connect through its 3G capabilities. The unit was sent back for repairs and after receiving the unit back, it could still not connect through 3G. I have requested for the unit to be collected again and for a loan unit to be supplied. The loan unit was not supplied and I am still without a modem to connect to the internet today on the 14th of Jan 2014. My support ticket has now also been closed/deleted of the Webafrica support system. Not too sure if Webafrica expects me to forget about the R1599.00 I have spent on something that does not work and still sitting somewhere in their offices? UNBELIEVABLE!!
