My home line was installed in 2012, in September if not before i lodged a fault, as i increased my line to a 4MB line, which the brilliant accounts people were very quick to change on my statement, but ever since I requested a 4MB line, i have yet to receive 4MB data transfer, I'd be lucky if i get 1MB sometimes. One call centre person said the line is a 1MB, andcant receive 4MB, if this is the case, why am i still being billed for 4MB?

I want a 4MB line, if not my account re-embursed for the months i've been paying for a 4MB line that i havent received... But let me be delayed a few days with payment, they very quick to cut my line, but cant fix this problem...

If the problem cannot be resolved, please cancel my line, and I will gladly move to Neotel, whom i'm contacting today for quotes. I lodged a fault today as well ref:641CRK230113 if it helps?

Hope someone gets back to me soon, to solve this matter... Its been longer than 4 months now!!!
