End of February 2012 I decided to cancel my adsl line and my Telkom line because it was overpriced! We never used the telephone and never answered it because it was only salesmen calling. I went to Telkom Klerksdorp and paid my account up and the told me i must use the phone in the office to cancel my line. The lady that answered told me that they are recording the call etc. and she convinced me not to completly cancel everything but to convert my line to a Pay as you go line. Everything sounded right so I agreed to that. This was never done. The Adsl line were removed and till they cut my line it were never converted to a Pay as you go line as we agreed upon. I send e - mails to them and every time somebody called me that could not understand my English and nothing changed! On the 3 September 2012 around 12:50 Tanja Basson of Head Office phoned me. I told her the problem and she promised me that everything will be corrected. Still nothing changed. November 2012 a guy from Telkoms attorneys called me and he said he"ll look into the matter and nothing happend except Marais Muller Yekiso Inc Attorneys wrote me a letter that they are going to blackmail me if i don't pay!
