I Got a Telkom Line Installed With 4 mb Adsl Line On the 9/10/2013 The installation was impressive the line was installed after 2 day i though it was excellent service or so i thought. The speed was slow that of a normal 4mb line is suppose to be so i phoned my ISP they said the problem was not by them. They told me to phone telkom wich i did On The 23/10/2013 i logged my first fault 584CTK231013 then On the 29/10/2013 i received a sms the problem was resolved but when i got home it was not fixed at all. So I thought Once Again ISP they said the problem had nothing to do with them. So i oped the second fault 773CTK291013 on the 29/10/2013 then i waited 2 weeks for my line to be Be fixed it was on the 13/11/2013 was happy eventually. I thought its okay it was not that bad its over now then 2 day later 15/11/2013 the line went completely dead no calls no ADSL signal nothing i logged a third Fault 2CTK151113 on the 15/11/2013 and its today the the 17/111/2013 . Now at the end of the month they expect a double payment because its a new line but i have not used the line in a complete month its unacceptable worst service i have ever received its beyond incompetence.
