ADSL line fault

This is now the 5th week in a row that i have the same line fault. Every time i call the call center they log the fault and i get a ref number, a technician goes out and fixes the problem and 3 days later we have exactly the same problem. Pathetic sums it up. 5 weeks in a row having the same problem. They repair the same problem but it breaks again. Why cant i be moved to another DSLAM where there is no problem!!?? We are running a business here and every 3 days we get no service because the line is down and when it isnt down it is so slow i might as well be posting something because my mail we get there before my email would. Fix the line once and for all or move me to another DSLAM that has no problems. How many times do i have to call and log a line fault for the same line before you actually fix it or move me somewhere else.
