I have been with MTN for 7 yrs and always paid my account. Between myself, wife and kids I pay them over R2000 a month. This month I short paid by R73 in error. (Just over 3% of my account) They suspend my service without so much as a courtesy call or mail. I could understand if I hadn't paid at all or if there was a large amount outstanding (But the service provider should at least still make the effort to place a courtesy call) For R73 I find this service absolutely pathetic. This is the second time in less than a year I have had problems with this "service provider". When it is time for contract renewal - what possible reason could I have for staying?
