I`m having a contract with Auto-page since 2010 and been paying R212., in March 2013 I upgrade my contract and my new amount is R273.00 p/m (inclusive of my BIS) this is on Top-up. Now I`m receiving account to say my account is outstanding with R340.00 of an outstanding amount. I went into the office to query but they had no idea as this amount have no breakdown but my phone was meanwhile suspend. On the 21//13 the office from Mapoyna mall contact the account department and spoke to Krisha who said that they are unable to trace the amount of R340.00 but think it was from 2012, which I question because I had no outstanding amount, this is a top-up and Autopage would never upgrade the contract. She then spoke to her team leader who said they`ll activate the line and my account will be reconcile; ref no: A1305205069.My line have been suspend again without notification or feedback, I went to the Southgate branch to query and spoke to Sipho who then called the account department again but still no investigation, he even told them about the poor communication. My account has been paid every month, where I even paid more R300.00 instead of R273.00.What is going on in this account department
