A month a still nothing

I finally got hold of Ruth (after she disappeared). On the 31st July she told me that she was looking for the call that was recorded between myself and Sipiwe Mahlahlela and that she would get back to me by the end of the day. It has been 2 weeks since i have heard from Ruth. When I called head office on the 7th of August, I came into contact with the rudest employee- she would not give me her name and she did not answer my questions.

I have now decided to get my father involved. He will be sending a letter to head office. I demand that someone with a brain read it because everyone up until now has been incompetent. I am so angry that an organisation of your magnitude has treated me so badly. First, your employee to me and then I had to call at least 10 people to get help because no one knew what was happening. I still haven't been helped. I followed your complaints policy online and that did not work. I am currently tied to a contract under false pretenses and I demand that the contract be cancelled. You have no problem taking my money but you find easy to ignore me.

It has been a month of endless phone calls and who know nothing. I want this sorted out NOW
