Paid subscription cut off in middle of the month

I was still watching television when a notice appeared on screen that the service was blacked. This account was already paid by the 3rd of January 2014 via easy pay.
This is also not the first time that I have complained about the service I am receiving from this service Provider and I am certainly not the only one complaining. I know of at least hundreds of people that is dissatisfied with this service. We are charged an amount of R199.00 pm month and then we have to sit up with this very bad service.
I would like it if another competent service provider can maybe take over the management of this Top TV/STARSAT because obviously the current people have no idea what they are doing. They only make empty promises and no service delivery level is available. The call centre is a joke.
