EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & ATTITUDE PROBLEM

BluePearl SEO has been hosting our e.mails & website for approximately the last 6 to 8 months, due to continued poor service (always blamed on their international service provider) we decided to move our hosting services to a different service provider, we informed BluePearl of our intentions.
Gary Ernstzen, BluePearl owner & manager encouraged our move because he was getting out of the business..
It has been 2 months now and we are still fighting with BluePearl to pay a trivial amount of R50.00 they owe to the [URL Removed] domain registar so that our domain can be moved over to our new service provider.
Apparently neither our business nor our new service provider can pay this amount, it has to be paid by BluePearl.
Initial e.mails querying why we are experiencing such poor and pathetic service were responded to by Gary Ernstzen with flippant comments like "calm down to a mild panic" or "we're working on it", our last couple of e.mails have not even had the courtesy of a response.
If required I can substantiated every claim made above via our e.mail trail with BluePearl - that was until Gary Ernstzen stop responding to our e.mails...
