Poor service since Feb 2013

I have reported my ADSL/Internet since Feb, got the following refs: 627CWK270213, 322CWK110313, 72CWK300313, 157CWK070413 & 604CWK290413 which will be outstanding for a month next week. I cannot report another fault until the last one has been closed. In the mean time my service is absolutely pathetic and they do not care. All I receive is excuses. They are clearly incompetent to provide any type of service. If they cannot provide a service as contracted, am I not entitled to end my ADSL contract and move to another provider? I used to question people on why they make use of other ISP's but I now do understand and will never promote [URL Removed] as a service provider again!
