Poor customer service yet again

On the 2nd of nov 2013 I had called cellc n logged a query regarding data dat I never use n I was billed for. 13th nov 2013 they found that 1500mb was not accounted for. I received an SMS to say that I will be credited with that amount of data in my next statement. On the 10th of December I called cellc again just to check if the credit was passed. The agent had informed me that yes there was a credit balance on my account for R1130 . On the 31th of dec 2013 my cellc debit order had not gone threw. So when I called cellc to check why they was debting me and when I asked about my credit I was told that there was no credit done. I am so frustrated and off because they said they have resolved my query and they have credited me for R230 .. They have charged me the out of bundle rate of R1/MB but they only refunding me 15c/mb... I would like to know we're can I take these matter up legally as my line has been locked when it shouldn't of been in the first place. I will never advise anyone to take a contract with cellc .!!!
