BRAND NEW PHONE REPLACED WITH REFURBISHED ONE

I Recently upgraded My contract, and received my brand new blackberry 9790, the phone started giving me issues soon after. I tried contacting my sales person to inform her, after a long awaited response I was told I have to send it in to nashua mobile to have it fixed. I did this, and in just less than a month I eventually received feedback that my device is ready for collection at the nashua mobile branch in Blairgowrie where I sent it into. I received this message late on a friday afternoon, I tried replying to find out what time I would be able to collect and I did not receive a reply, the phone was eventually collected on my behlf the next week by my driver. When I received the package I saw that the phone that was sent back was not mine, on the slip it said replaced device, and on the phone it was writted refurbished. I do not want a refurbished phone, I am paying for a brand new phone, this is unacceptable! I did phone Nashua headoffice, spoke to CHRIS, I also phoned Nashua Blairgowrie and spoke to Rajesh who said he would lay a complaint and I still have found no joy. I hope this will get the attention of someone at nashua who is actually willing to help
