Cell C
Bad service

I am very dissapointed with the service I received from Cell C. I bought a laptop there a year ago, i took it to them because the screen was blank. They told me to take it HP, bare in mind I have a contract with Cellc not HP and they deduct the money every month. After speaking to 20 people screaming and shouting they finally decide to take it to repairs themselves. After a week or so I told them i am coming to collect the laptop and guess what? they told me to go and collect it myself at the repairs store..bare in mind the repair store doesn't open weekends so I had to take time off to collect my laptop that I bought at Cellc because Cellc was not willing to help.

The strange thing is that when you get to a cellc store they all jump at you showing you all the contracts they have but when something breaks they dont get involved you have to run around sorting your staff out and the worst part is that they don't even warn you that if something breaks don't come here, they save that big surprise when you've already paid and signed. I cant wait to finish paying my contract as I dont want anything to do with these people.
