FALSE PROMISES OF FULL DATA COVERAGE VS REALITY

I called Cell C on 13 May to complain about my inability to connect to the internet in the Centurion (Kosmosdal / Reeds) area.
Spoke to Thabani & got ref # 1795537. Was told tests would be done at my house.!
Called again on 20/05/13 (11:00) and I was promised that technicians would be dispatched. & no decency to call and apologise.
Months later, I called again & spoke to Tshepo More on 04/09/13 @ 13:30. NEWS FLASH: my reference # is invalid. WOW!
Logged another query: reference # SD144665. Again promised turnaround of 24-48 hrs.
A week later when Cell C didn't call me, I called again on 16/09/13 @ 10:54. Aidan who informed me that the technicians couldn't find GPS coordinates for my house. No one called 2 verify my address!
Aidan updated my address.
I then requested to speak to the supervisor on duty (Thasveer Davnath). He re-assigned the query & promised that I would be called before end of day on 16/09/2013.
No one called me! I did a follow up call on 17 /09/13 & Thasveer escalated the query to another supervisor. Still Waiting!

IM CANCELLING.!

No glitches on monthly debit order but NO SERVICE! This is not an isolated event to THINK TWICE about using CELL C
