42 Days Outstanding Billing Query - Cell C & Mwe

I have reported a billing query on the 15 May regarding the debit order collection. When I called in the call center i was advised that I was charged for an additional 3 G cell phone contract via Cell C in which they corrected and allocated a refund. However I still queried the usage of the card and requested for a billing breakdown on my account. The last email sent to them was on the 22 May 2013 and up to date no feedback received. When I called in the call center on the 07 June 2013, i was advised that they are awaiting for CELL C to provide them feedback. I called back today and I was told that I would get some feedback before the end of today, yet nothing has been received. In the interim I have not used my 3G card as I am afraid that I will be incorrectly charged. I am quite dissappointed with Mweb and Cell C service, Does a client have to wait for 42 Days before a complaint is resolved? Is this the type of service that they forward to their clients???
