On the first of August I logged a query / compliant about the data on my phone being depleted far too quickly. 13 days later I'm still waiting for a response from Vodacom. Nobody has bothered to phone me to keep me updated. Everytime I call I get no joy. Nobody seems to know anything there. I am now forced to take this to the Ombudsman...
