RIPPING CUSTOMERS OF WITH DATA

I have a contract with Vodacom which entitles me to approximately 500MB. Today I received two smses telling me I'm about to run out of data, HOW THE FREAKING IS THAT POSSIBLE WHEN TODAY IS THE 1ST OF AUGUST!!! So I phoned VODACOM only tell me their system is very slow and they cant get into my profile so they logging my query to the 'back office' to investigate. I was supposed to get a reference for that to which I'm still waiting 2 hours later!

Nobody at Vodacom takes responsibility, nobody knows WHAT THE is going on and cannot resolve simple queries. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC... I am somebody who has read the CPA, I know my rights, and if my query does not get resolved I will go the OMBUDSMAN
