Data just disappeared

Checking my balances on my account from one day to the next over 300mb of data just disappeared with my phone only logging about 5mb of usage. Log the query get told will take up to 20 working days to investigate. Never get any feedback after a month and a half decided to try my luck to see if it has been resolved.

This is the feedback data bundle was depleted. No feedback of how it was depleted from one day to the next the feedback is what the complaint was no investigation as I was promised as to what happened to the data or how it was used because it was not used on my phone.
